We are seeking a knowledgeable Property Claims Adjuster to assess property damage claims. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a keen eye for detail necessary for evaluating and processing claims efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations of property damage claims.
  • Assess damages and prepare cost estimates for repairs.
  • Negotiate with insurance adjusters and contractors to settle claims.
  • Communicate with policyholders to keep them informed about their claims status.
  • Document all actions and maintain accurate records of claims.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient claim processing.
  • Utilize claims management software to track and manage claims effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, or Finance
  • Completion of relevant insurance courses or certifications is advantageous
  • Claims Management Software Experience with claims management systems for efficient processing.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create reports and presentations.
  • Effective Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills for dealing with stakeholders.
  • Analytical Thinking Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions.
  • Certifications in Insurance Claims Adjusting or Management
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience dealing with catastrophic property claims: Ability to handle complex claims arising from major incidents or disasters.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles: Knowledge of risk assessment and management in the insurance sector.
