We're seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver exceptional technical support to our staff in Hobart. In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with network connectivity, and ensure that technology is leveraging our team's productivity. Responsibilities

  • Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely support.
  • Monitor and maintain network systems and ensure connectivity.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on IT systems.

  • Keep records of repairs and maintenance performed on IT equipment.
  • Engage in troubleshooting to resolve complex IT problems.
  • Assist in managing the IT budget and forecasting for future purchases.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate degree in Information Technology or relevant field
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support environments
