Responsibilities

  • Lead therapeutic sessions and group activities for patient rehabilitation.
  • Evaluate patient outcomes and provide feedback for program improvement.
  • Create an environment that promotes patient engagement and motivation.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop patient care protocols.
  • Advocate for patients’ needs and access to resources.
  • Conduct training for junior staff and interns on best practices.
  • Participate in research projects to further enhance therapy techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years experience in occupational therapy practice
