Join our growing team as a Stonework Supervisor! This role focuses on overseeing a stonework team, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of stonemasons and apprentices in daily operations.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and project quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and safety.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and other stakeholders.
• Advise on techniques and materials for projects.
• Assist in the development of project plans and specifications.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Stonemasonry or equivalent
• Diploma in Construction Management is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in stonework or a related field

Technical Skills

• Stonemasonry Techniques
• Blueprint Reading
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

• Communication

Certifications

• White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• Current Driver's License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with heritage stonework restoration: Knowledge and skills in restoring historical stone structures.
