Job Description

Join our innovative engineering team as a Structural Engineer. You will be responsible for the design, analysis, and oversight of construction projects. Your expertise in structural systems and material science will be crucial in developing safe and sustainable designs. This role requires effective communication with clients and collaboration with construction teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the structural design phase from concept through completion.
  • Ensure projects fulfill all relevant codes and regulations.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Generate 3D models to present structural designs.
  • Review and approve engineering drawings and calculations from junior engineers.
  • Quality assurance for the materials and methods used on sites.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineering staff.
  • Assist in risk assessments and mitigation strategies for structural projects.
  • Continually seek ways to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and timelines.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in structural design and analysis
