Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Melbourne team as a Fuse Coiler. In this position, you will coil fuses, operate machinery, and perform quality checks to ensure our products meet industry standards. If you possess great manual dexterity and a strong focus on quality, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

• Coil fuses, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
• Operate and monitor coiling machines for optimal performance
• Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure quality
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process problems
• Record production data and maintain documentation for compliance
• Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, training provided

Experience

• Experience in a similar manufacturing role preferred but not essential

Technical Skills

• Experience with automated coiling machines
• Basic quality control knowledge

Soft Skills

• Good organisational skills
• Resilience

Languages

• English: Fluent
