Responsibilities

• Oversee project development, including timelines, resources, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Engage with internal and external clients to define project requirements.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with business objectives.
• Assess project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management.
• Assist in defining project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties.
• Manage project documents and ensure they are kept up to date.
• Lead post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in diverse project management roles

• Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
• Performance Metrics

• Negotiation Skills
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
