Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Continuity Specialist to develop and implement business continuity plans and processes. Collaborating closely with leadership, you'll ensure seamless operations during unexpected disruptions.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and regularly revise business continuity plans.
• Support departments in risk management and incident response planning.
• Perform ongoing risk evaluations and business impact analyses.
• Organize training programs and drills to ensure preparedness.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing business continuity strategies.
• Collaborate with IT for technology-related continuity solutions.
• Facilitate communication during crises to ensure clarity and efficiency.
• Contribute insights for improving organizational resilience.
• Review and update business continuity documentation and processes.
• Report findings from risk assessments to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Risk Management
• Professional certification in Business Continuity Management is highly desirable (e.g., CBCI, MBCI).

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Business Continuity or Risk Management.
