As a Sample Shoe Reworker, you will be tasked with repairing and revitalising shoes of various styles and materials. You will utilise your keen attention to detail and craftsmanship to ensure every pair you touch feels and looks brand new.

Responsibilities

• Assess the condition of shoes and provide accurate repair estimates.
• Perform a variety of shoe repairs, including stitching, sole replacement, and polishing.
• Utilise modern tools and machinery for precise repairs.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their shoe care needs.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies required for repairs.
• Monitor quality of completed work to ensure high standards.
• Participate in workshops to learn new repair techniques.
• Assist in training junior staff on shoe repair methods.
• Achieve daily productivity targets while ensuring quality.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions promptly.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in shoe repair or related field
