HVACR Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVACR Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVACR technology and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVACR systems in accordance with industry standards.
• Inspect existing systems for efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs promptly to reduce downtime.
• Manage inventory and order parts as necessary to complete projects.
• Document all service visits and repairs accurately in the system.
• Train and mentor junior technicians in best practices and safety procedures.
• Engage with customers to explain services and recommendations clearly.
• Stay updated with advancements in HVACR technology through ongoing training.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in HVAC or related field.

Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in HVACR.

Technical Skills

• Energy Management Systems Knowledge
• CAD Software Familiarity

• Customer Service
• Time Management

Certifications

• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards

Languages

• English: Fluent
