Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Computer and Information Systems Manager to take charge of our IT team and oversee the implementation of cutting-edge technology strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the improvement and security of our information systems while leading a diverse team of IT professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of IT strategies to support company objectives.
  • Guide the IT team in troubleshooting, resolving issues, and implementing solutions.
  • Create and enforce IT policies regarding data management and security protocols.
  • Report to the executive management on IT performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Perform risk assessments and establish contingency plans for technology systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs.
  • Enhance user experience and ensure a high level of service delivery.
  • Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and service agreements.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operations.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the IT department.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Master's degree in IT Management is preferred

  • 10+ years managing diverse teams and IT projects
