Job Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads and sales opportunities through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure appropriate coverage.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals.

Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (preferred)
  • Sales Techniques Proficient in various sales techniques to close deals effectively.
  • CRM Software Experience with CRM software for managing client relationships.
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
  • Negotiation Skilled in negotiating terms and conditions to benefit both parties.
  • Insurance Agent License (mandatory)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience working with Brokers: Hands-on experience in coordinating with insurance brokers for policy placement.
  • Additional licenses in specialized insurance products: Possessing extra certifications in niche insurance products.
