Job Description

The Laborer will be responsible for sorting, organizing, and stacking materials according to customer specifications and company standards. We are seeking candidates who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Organise and manage stock levels effectively.
• Utilize appropriate tools for material handling.
• Ensure timely completion of order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems.
• Coordinate with team members to meet daily targets.
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions.
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant trade certification is an advantage

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Technical Skills

• Pallet jacks
• Hand trucks usage

Soft Skills

• Time management
• Teamwork

Certifications

• First Aid certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with workplace safety and health regulations: Strong understanding of OHS guidelines.
• Background in logistics: Knowledge in logistics operations will be a plus.
