Job Description

As a Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. You'll coordinate with subcontractors, manage schedules, and maintain project documentation, driving the project towards its goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of construction to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure project vision is realized.
  • Conduct safety audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders.
  • Utilize project management software to track progress and manage resources.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, including forecasting and reporting.
  • Ensure quality control throughout construction processes.
  • Engage in conflict resolution and negotiation when issues arise.
  • Foster a positive work environment to encourage teamwork.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Professional qualifications or certifications will be an advantage

  • 5+ years of experience in managing construction projects
