We are seeking a skilled Watch and Clock Repairer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of clocks and watches, from antiques to contemporary models. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive repairs on antique and modern clocks.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and propose solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and clock technologies.
• Document all repair processes and customer interactions.
• Work closely with management to streamline repair workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Horology
• Proficient with both quartz and mechanical clock systems

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clock repair or related field

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of vintage clock models
• Repair Techniques

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented
• Customer service orientation

Certifications

• Certified Master Clockmaker
• Ongoing training in horology

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with repair of high-end luxury watches: A background in servicing high-value timepieces.
• Proficiency in music box restoration: Capable of working on music boxes and similar intricate mechanisms.
