We are on the lookout for a highly organized and customer-oriented Bingo Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bingo hall. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth gameplay and deliver exceptional customer service to our patrons, while effectively managing a team of staff. Responsibilities

  • Supervise the execution of daily bingo games and related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with gaming laws and regulations to mitigate risks.
  • Foster a positive working environment by mentoring and leading staff.
  • Drive customer engagement initiatives to enhance player loyalty.
  • Analyze customer data to tailor events and promotions effectively.
  • Prepare budgets for promotional events and gaming supplies.
  • Regularly assess operational processes for improvements and efficiencies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for staff and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of gaming activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Business Management or similar field
  • Certification in Gaming Management (preferred)
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing customer-facing teams in a gaming environment.
