Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in controls engineering focused on renewable energy

Technical Skills

• Wind Turbine Simulation Software

Soft Skills

• Project Management

Certifications

• Certified Wind Energy Professional (CWEP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in implementing wind turbine gearbox condition monitoring: Skills in monitoring gearbox health to improve turbine reliability.
