Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering project design from conception to completion.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards and quality assurance protocols.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for project execution.
• Prepare bids and proposals for new projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing.
• Review contractor work for compliance with engineering plans.
• Engage in community outreach and project presentation.
• Streamline project workflows for improved efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering

• Civil 3D
