Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Trial Lawyer with a minimum of five years experience in litigation. You will conduct legal analysis, prepare court documents, and represent clients in hearings. Responsibilities

• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and various court documents.
• Conduct legal analysis and provide strategic legal advice.
• Attend court hearings and trials on behalf of clients.
• Manage client relationships effectively and professionally.
• Ensure timely filing of court documents and adherence to deadlines.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff in case preparation.
• Advocate for clients in mediations and arbitration sessions.
• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for trial.
• Engage in professional development and training opportunities.
• Participate in team meetings to assess case strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Specialisation in litigation is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in trial law or litigation.
