Timing Device Assemblers and Adjusters

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Timing Device Assemblers and Adjusters to join our team. You will be responsible for adjusting the hairspring vibration to ensure the precision of watch movements. The ideal candidate has a strong background in watchmaking and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all timing devices meet the required specifications.
• Provide support to the engineering team for improvements.
• Train junior staff on best practices in watch adjustment.
• Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving within the team.
• Assist in the development of new watch models.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Watchmaking or equivalent qualification

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hairspring adjustment and vibration in a watchmaking environment.

Technical Skills

• Hairspring adjustment
• Watch movement inspection

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Team collaboration

Advantageous

• Experience in watch assembly and servicing: Skills in both assembling new watches and servicing existing models.
• Knowledge of quality management systems: Understanding of ISO standards in watch manufacturing.
