Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Analyze data to inform design decisions and problem resolution.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Keep abreast of new technologies and industry trends.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate progress effectively.
• Develop training programs and materials for junior staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering
