Join us as the Men's Ministries Director, where you'll spearhead initiatives aimed at fostering spiritual growth among men. The role involves organizing events, mentoring leaders, and engaging with the community to promote outreach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive men's ministry plan that aligns with the organization's mission and goals.
• Recruit, train, and support leaders for men's small groups, Bible studies, and events.
• Provide pastoral care and support for men in the organization.
• Collaborate with other ministry leaders to create opportunities for men to serve and engage in the larger community.
• Manage the budget for the men's ministry and ensure financial accountability.
• Track and report on ministry progress and impact.
• Ensure adherence to relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in theology, ministry, or a related field
• Ordained or licensed minister preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in ministry or related field, with a focus on men's ministry leadership.
