Job Description

As a Payroll Master, you will oversee payroll processing for our organization. This role requires maintaining meticulous records, ensuring compliance with laws, and responding promptly to employee inquiries. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure precise calculations of employee pay, overtime, and bonuses.
• Disseminate payroll-related reports to stakeholders.
• Educate employees on payroll processes and policies.
• Participate in system upgrades and improvements to payroll software.
• Manage reporting of payroll taxes and ensure timely submissions.
• Implement new payroll systems and processes where necessary.
• Handle payroll discrepancies and customer service issues related to payroll.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Certification in Payroll Management is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll processing with exposure to HR functions
