Job Description

As a Switchboard Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our through machines in a manufacturing environment. You will ensure high production targets are met while adhering to strict quality standards. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough machine checks to ensure optimal operational performance.
• Document production processes and maintain equipment logs.

• Troubleshoot minor machine issues independently.
• Participate in regular safety audits and comply with standards.
• Assist in training new staff on machine operation protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience operating through machines in a manufacturing environment
