As a Telecommunications Engineering Specialist, you will take the lead in developing and maintaining our messaging infrastructure. This role is key to ensuring effective communication systems that enhance our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize email delivery mechanisms.
• Assist with the integration of messaging systems with other IT infrastructures.
• Perform regular system updates and maintenance activities.
• Respond to user support requests related to messaging applications.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance messaging capabilities.
• Manage email security, including anti-virus and anti-spam technologies.
• Facilitate disaster recovery planning and implementation for messaging systems.

Advantageous

• Experience with mobile device management (MDM): Knowledge of managing mobile devices in relation to messaging services.
• Experience with VoIP systems: Familiarity with Voice over IP technologies and systems.
