AI Research Scientist

Job Description

We are seeking an AI Research Scientist to join our dynamic team at Innovative AI Solutions. This individual will contribute to the development of state-of-the-art AI algorithms and machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, model building, and a strong understanding of AI principles.

Responsibilities

• Architect and improve scalable machine learning systems.
• Prototype new AI applications and validate them through experimentation.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers on product development.
• Estimate and manage research timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct peer reviews for research papers and other outputs.
• Promote best practices in AI development throughout the team.
• Support deployment efforts of trained models into production.
• Participate in hackathons and AI challenges to foster innovation.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science or Mathematics
• PhD in AI-related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of applied experience in AI/ML research
