Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Psychologist to join our dedicated team in Lismore. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive mental health assessments, therapeutic interventions, and participate in community outreach programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychological assessments and reporting.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals and groups.
• Construct and monitor treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Work collaboratively with medical professionals and support staff.
• Maintaining compliance with ethical and professional standards.
• Participate in community mental health initiatives.
• Research and apply new therapeutic modalities.
• Mentor junior staff and provide supervision when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Psychology or related field
• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting
