Job Description

We're on the lookout for a skilled Cutting, Punching, and Press Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our team. In this role, you'll set up and operate machines, ensuring that all components meet stringent quality standards. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery to produce metal and plastic components.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products.
• Perform troubleshooting for mechanical issues.
• Ensure machinery adheres to safety regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve machine operations.
• Keep detailed records of production metrics.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new staff.

Requirements

Education

• Cert IV in Engineering or / and relevant experience

Experience

• Preferred experience of 2-5 years in manufacturing settings

Technical Skills

• CNC Programming
• G-Code Understanding

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Effective Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Lean Manufacturing Practices: Understanding of lean manufacturing concepts and their application in production settings.
• Six Sigma Certification: Certification in Six Sigma methodologies to improve process quality.
