Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Sports Coach to join our team in Lakes Entrance. The ideal candidate will have the ability to motivate and develop athletes, fostering a love for sports and teamwork. You will be responsible for coaching a diverse group of individuals, designing training programs, and leading by example in a supportive and energetic environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively coach athletes during training and competitive events.
• Teach sports strategies and skills, ensuring athletes' understanding.
• Encourage teamwork and collaboration among athletes.
• Adapt coaching strategies based on unique athlete needs.
• Build relationships with local sports communities to increase participation.
• Serve as a role model, promoting integrity and sportsmanship.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
• Advanced coaching certificates preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience coaching at competitive levels

Certifications

• Advanced First Aid Certification
• Sports Coaching Diploma

Languages

• English: Fluent
