Job Description

A dynamic and enthusiastic Business Teacher is required to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, guiding students to achieve their full potential, and contributing to the overall academic success of the school.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a comprehensive Business curriculum that captivates student interest.
• Teach subjects such as Accounting, Economics, and Finance to students from Years 7 to 12.
• Monitor and assess student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Engage in collaborative projects with fellow teachers to deliver cross-curricular learning.
• Contribute to the school’s extracurricular activities, including clubs and events.
• Implement teaching technologies to enhance the learning experience.
• Attend and contribute to professional development workshops and seminars.
• Encourage and support student involvement in educational and community initiatives.
• Perform related administrative tasks such as maintaining student records and preparing reports.
• Promote a culture of respect, resilience, and personal responsibility among students.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or a related field
• Postgraduate teaching qualification (e.g. Graduate Diploma in Education)

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in Business Studies
