We are seeking a skilled Appraiser and Assessor of Real Estate to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of property valuation methods and the ability to assess market trends and property conditions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assess the condition and market value of residential and commercial properties.
• Create visual presentations and reports for client meetings.
• Identify and rectify discrepancies in property data and valuations.
• Work with the team to ensure effective valuation turnaround timelines.
• Implement best practices for property evaluation and reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field
• Master's degree in Urban Planning is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in property appraisal and assessment

Certifications

• Registered Valuer (RV)
• Real Estate Institute of Australia Accreditation
