Job Description

As a Grant Writer, you will play a crucial role in our funding strategy by writing detailed proposals and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure grant applications are successful. Your work will directly contribute to our community initiatives and programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential grants and funding sources.
• Draft compelling narratives and statistical evidence for proposals.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure proposals are comprehensive.
• Ensure timely submission of all grant applications and reports.
• Create and maintain a calendar of grant deadlines and reporting requirements.
• Communicate effectively with funding agencies and maintain positive relations.
• Provide training to staff on grant writing best practices.
• Monitor grant funds and ensure proper allocation according to grant stipulations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Non-Profit Management, Public Administration, or a related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in grant writing or fundraising with a proven track record of success
