We are searching for a skilled Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility in Perth. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and managing a dedicated team. You will play a pivotal role in driving production and achieving strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily plant operations to achieve production goals.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for operation improvements.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and resolving them promptly.
• Document processes and maintain accurate records of operations.
• Create a positive and motivational work environment for the staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in plant management or manufacturing operations
