Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Coordinator where you will oversee warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, coordinating transport logistics, and implementing safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations of the warehouse, focusing on logistics and inventory management.
• Ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to meet customer demands.
• Collaborate closely with the sales department to ensure order fulfillment meets client expectations.
• Track inventory levels and reorder supplies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present operational reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations to create a secure working environment.
• Develop training programs for new warehouse staff.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years in warehouse operations or logistics

Technical Skills

• Forklift Certification
• Inventory Control Systems

• Organizational Skills
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift operation experience: Experience in operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
• First Aid Certification: Possession of a valid first aid certificate is an advantage.
