We are on the lookout for a skilled Hide Splitter to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for splitting hides efficiently and accurately, ensuring quality standards are met for further processing.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently split hides while ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
• Utilise appropriate techniques to operate specialized machinery safely.
• Check and inspect hides for quality assurance.
• Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes.
• Manage time efficiently to meet production targets.
• Document any issues related to equipment and processes.
• Stay updated on industry standards and protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of relevant vocational training is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in leather production is advantageous.

Languages

• English: Fluent
