Job Description

As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing our financial transactions and preparing comprehensive financial reports. Your expertise will ensure compliance with relevant regulations while working closely with other departments to provide financial insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Coordinate monthly closings and prepare financial statements.
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial processing.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial procedures.
• Monitor financial transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Participate in the implementation of new accounting systems.
• Provide training and guidance to junior accounting staff.
• Liaise with external auditors during audits.
• Enhance internal controls to ensure financial integrity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master’s degree in Finance is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
