As a Mash Filter Cloth Changer, you'll be responsible for keeping our mash filters in top shape. This role is vital to our brewing process, ensuring that quality is maintained by replacing and inspecting filter cloths regularly. Attention to detail and technical knowledge are key!

Responsibilities

• Execute timely replacements of cloths to maintain production flow.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of filter cloths.
• Document all changes made, ensuring traceability.
• Participate in the upkeep of the entire mash filtering system.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures.
• Engage with production staff to ensure seamless operation.
• Alert the Maintenance Manager about any irregularities.
• Assist in documenting maintenance protocols for best practices.

Requirements

Experience

• Experience with mash filter operation and maintenance advantageous.
