Job Description

As a Business Unit Manager, you will be at the helm of our operations, orchestrating strategic initiatives to ensure our business unit stays on track to meet its goals. Your leadership will be crucial in optimizing day-to-day operations whilst promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork across all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute strategic plans that support business objectives.
  • Engage in proactive risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Evaluate and refine operational processes for better performance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive growth through team motivation and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
