Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Plugging Machine Operator to join our production team in Melbourne. The role involves operating and monitoring plugging machines to ensure the safe and efficient production of high-quality products. Candidates should be ready to tackle challenges and contribute to the team’s overall success.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the operation of plugging machines and make adjustments to ensure quality output.
  • Conduct regular machine checks and perform necessary maintenance.
  • Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Document production data accurately on a daily basis.
  • Work in synergy with other operators and staff to achieve production targets.
  • Report any operational issues to the Production Manager immediately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to ensure efficiency.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss production progress and safety.
  • Assist with audits and inspections as required.
  • Continuously assess production processes and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • No previous experience required, training will be provided.
