Job Description

The Die Trouble Shooter role is vital in our production process, focusing on the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of dies to ensure production efficiency. Candidates should have hands-on experience in die-making and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze die failure modes and root causes.
  • Collaborate with engineering to design and build custom dies as needed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor die performance metrics and report findings.
  • Ensure all tooling and equipment are kept in excellent condition.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Trade qualification in machining or related fields desirable
Experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or metalworking environments
