Job Description

As the Processing Talc and Borate Supervisor, you will oversee the production of talc and borate, ensuring efficient operations while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will lead a dedicated team of operators and technicians, managing both personnel and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the daily operations of talc and borate production, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to production staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Conduct regular training on safety procedures and best practices for employees.
  • Evaluate production processes, suggesting enhancements whenever possible.
  • Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mineral Processing, or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in mineral processing operations
