Job Description

As an Amplifier Mechanic, you will be instrumental in the installation, maintenance, and repair of amplifiers across various industries. You will work closely with clients to ensure their amplification systems operate efficiently, carrying out troubleshooting and repairs as necessary. Your expertise will help to deliver outstanding audio quality in live environments, including concerts and corporate events.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations and maintenance tasks on amplifiers.
• Oversee the configuration of sound systems for events.
• Assist in the research and development of new amplifier technologies.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and equipment for the workshop.
• Provide emergency repair services during critical events.
• Participate in meetings to strategize service improvements.
• Network with industry professionals to enhance operational knowledge.
• Document common issues and their resolutions for future reference.
• Lead safety training workshops for team members.
• Ensure the workplace is kept clean and organized.

Requirements

Education

• Certifications in Audio Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering are a plus.

Experience

• Experience with large-scale amplifier systems preferred.
