Shelf Stocker

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Shelf Stocker to enhance our retail operations. The successful applicant will be tasked with ensuring shelves are well-stocked, organized, and ready for our customers. This role requires a commitment to maintaining our standards of quality and customer service, and you will work closely with team members to ensure efficiency throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Organize and stock shelves in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure all products are displayed with proper labeling.
• Assist in receiving shipments and stock management.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Promote a clean and orderly work environment.
• Communicate effectively with the store team.
• Report any issues to the supervisor.
• Participate in continuous training and development programs.
• Assist in inventory audits.
• Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the loading area.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, training will be provided.
