Job Description

Join our dynamic real estate team as a Property Clerk. You will manage documentation processes, maintain accurate records, and coordinate property activities, contributing to seamless operations and excellent client service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Property Manager in handling administrative tasks.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all property-related transactions.
  • Prepare and process invoices related to property management.
  • Conduct regular reviews of property listings for accuracy.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new tenants.
  • Assist in conducting market research and analysis.
  • Manage client databases and follow up on leads.
  • Ensure all insurance and compliance documents are current.
  • Provide general support to the property management team.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate or diploma in property management is preferred.
Experience
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in property administration.
