Job Description
Join our dynamic real estate team as a Property Clerk. You will manage documentation processes, maintain accurate records, and coordinate property activities, contributing to seamless operations and excellent client service.
Responsibilities
Assist the Property Manager in handling administrative tasks.
Maintain up-to-date records of all property-related transactions.
Prepare and process invoices related to property management.
Conduct regular reviews of property listings for accuracy.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors.
Facilitate the onboarding of new tenants.
Assist in conducting market research and analysis.
Manage client databases and follow up on leads.
Ensure all insurance and compliance documents are current.
Provide general support to the property management team.
Requirements
Education
Certificate or diploma in property management is preferred.
Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience in property administration.
