Job Description

We are seeking skilled Air Grinders to operate and maintain pneumatic power tools used for grinding and shaping metals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in metalworking, particularly in grinding techniques, and possess a keen eye for detail to ensure precision in their work.

Responsibilities

• Operate air grinders to shape, smooth, and finish metal surfaces.
• Inspect and test grinders for quality and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Adjust and replace grinder parts as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines.
• Communicate any issues or concerns to the Production Manager.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent, technical training in metalworking preferred.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Grinding techniques

Advantageous

• Ability to work with different materials: Experience working with metals such as stainless steel and aluminum.
