Relief Operator

Job Description

As a Relief Operator, you will step in to support our production team during absences, operate machinery, monitor production processes, and conduct quality checks. This role is vital to maintaining our high standard of product quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of machinery and adherence to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with the production team and management.
• Conduct routine machinery checks and troubleshoot issues.
• Adapt to changes in production schedules and requirements.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the workplace.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification or higher

Experience

• Experience operating machinery is a must

• Forklift Operation
• Basic Mechanical Aptitude

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
