Chemical Equipment Operator

Job Description

As a Chemical Equipment Operator, you will be essential in operating and maintaining the Monovinylacetylene (MVA) Reactor. This role requires you to monitor the production process, ensure safety standards are met, and perform routine maintenance. We’re seeking someone who is detail-oriented and has a strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of chemical production equipment.
• Analyze production data to ensure compliance with standards.
• Implement process improvements based on analysis and feedback.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior operators.
• Participate in safety audits and compliance checks.
• Address any production disruptions promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Advanced training in chemical processes is advantageous

Experience

• Experience working in a petrochemical or chemical manufacturing environment is essential.
