Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Tool Setter to join our production team. You will utilize your skills to prepare and repair surfaces, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document all quality issues during the finishing process.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to meet specification standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Assist in the development of new techniques for surface preparation.
• Provide feedback on the performance of tools and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional vocational training or certification in surface preparation and repair preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in surface preparation and repair

Technical Skills

• Experience with various coatings and sealants

Soft Skills

• Ability to work under pressure

Languages

• English: Fluent
