Job Description

The Parts Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales of automotive parts, developing strong relationships with clients, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. This role requires strategic thinking to implement effective sales strategies and lead a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with key customers and suppliers
  • Lead and mentor the parts sales team, providing support and guidance
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth
  • Prepare sales forecasts and report on performance metrics
  • Collaborate with product development to ensure offerings meet customer needs
  • Provide product knowledge training for team members
  • Manage customer contracts and pricing negotiations

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in parts sales management, preferably in the automotive industry
