Job Description

As a Catering Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering operations. This includes ensuring the efficient planning, organizing, and execution of catering services to meet and exceed client expectations. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Directing the overall catering operations and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Conducting regular audits to maintain compliance and quality standards.
  • Coordinating with various departments for catering logistics and event execution.
  • Monitoring and analysing customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings.
  • Preparing reports on catering performance, budgets, and forecasts for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in catering or food service management.
